the matzo chronicles
what the heck is a matzo anyway?

it’s a jewish person’s version of bread during the holiday of passover. sounds funny i know, but it’s a flat, crispy-like cracker.

what’s it made out of?

matzo is traditionally made out of flour and water when consumed during passover, but when consumed during the rest of the year, we throw a few extras into the mix to spice it up a bit like egg, fruit juices, spices, etc.

when can you eat it ?

matzo is something that can be eaten 365 days a year. it’s not just restricted to the holiday of passover.

who eat’s it?

everyone from all walks of life, shapes and sizes eat matzo all the time. It’s not just restricted to jewish people. if it was, everyone else would miss out!!! that’s for sure.

i’m confused…is it matzah or matzo?

i’m confused myself and i'm certain so is the rest of the world, but there are several different spellings for it and they all work just the same.

matzo – matza – matzah – matzoh – matza – matzah – matzoh
